Businesses listed on Search4Mechanic must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies, contain false information, or receive consistent negative reviews indicating fraud.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact information when submitting inquiries. You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false reviews, harass business owners, or attempt to spam our systems.

Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. We prohibit fake reviews, competitor manipulation, or paid reviews. Business owners may not pay for positive reviews. We may remove reviews that violate our policies.

Pricing & Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

Search4Mechanic is not liable for the quality of services provided by listed businesses, disputes between customers and businesses, or damages arising from use of our platform. We provide no warranty on business quality.

All content, branding, and code on Search4Mechanic is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
